Roberto is an experienced technology business leader and operator. He is currently deployed as CEO of Brandprotect, where he engineered the turn-around of the core business from declining revenues to 75% year-over-year growth. He also serves as the CEO of Nulogx, a leading canadian transportation management solutions company and publisher of the Canadian General Freight Index.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Roberto founded DME Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategy and M&A. Clients include Corel Corporation, AOL Canada, and BCE, where DME advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
Prior to DME Consulting, Roberto served as CEO for SoftQuad Software Ltd., a company he acquired through a management buy-out and subsequently took public both in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Roberto was president of Carolian Systems, a network management software solutions company.
Elias is the Chairman and founder of Greybrook a private equity firm focused on Real Estate and Healthcare.
Elias is also Chairman of Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers (TSX: GTMS), the leading provider of TMS Therapy in North America. Greenbrook clinics provide a novel treatment for patients suffering with depression. He is also chairman of TearLab Corporation (NASDAQ/TEAR, TSX TLB), an ophthalmic device company developing and commercializing novel, lab-on-a-chip technologies that enable eye care practitioners to test for highly sensitive and specific biomarkers in tears at the point-of-care.
Prior to Greybrook, Elias co-founded TLCVision (NASDAQ/TLCV, TSX/TLC) where he served as President and CEO.
Elias, as CEO, built TLC into the largest eye care service provider organization in North America with revenues of more than $300,000,000 as TLC opened or acquired more than 100 laser eye clinics, over 200 mobile laser sites, more than 250 mobile cataract locations several ambulatory surgery centers and through its subsidiary Vision Source Inc. developed the largest independent Optometric Franchise with more than 2,000 locations.

As the CEO of Greybrook Securities Inc., Sasha, is responsible for co-managing the firm's operation and investment strategy. Together with his partners, Sasha has played a significant role in growing Greybrook’s real estate investment portfolio to include over 80 multi-family and residential development projects throughout North America, representing over $17 billion worth of estimated completion value. Under Sasha’s leadership, the firm currently manages over $1.2 billion of equity on behalf of more than 6,800 high net worth individual and institutional clients located in over 30 countries. Sasha also serves as the Co-chair of Greybrook’s Investment and Project Advisory Committees where he is part of the team responsible for approving new acquisitions and overseeing existing limited partnerships.
As the former CEO of Greybrook Health, Sasha has been involved instrumental in several key transactions throughout the Greybrook portfolio including the acquisition of MacuHealth, LLC. and Bruder Healthcare Inc. and financings for portfolio companies including TearLab Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAR). In 2011, in his capacity as CEO of Greybrook Health, Sasha co-founded Greenbrook TMS (TSX: GTMS), a leading provider of TMS therapy, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder and other mental health disorders, in the United States.
In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of Greenbrook, Sasha is also a Director of Neupath Health Inc. (TSX: NPTH), Canada's largest provider of Chronic Pain services.
Charitably, Sasha serves on the boards of the Greybrook Foundation and the Blu Genes Foundation.
Peter is a partner at Greybrook and CEO of Greybrook Realty Partners. A private equity professional with over a decade of experience structuring, financing and managing investments, he oversees the strategic growth of Greybrook Realty Partners, a leading Toronto-based real estate private equity firm.
He leads the firm’s deal origination and asset management practice and is the co-chair of Greybrook Realty’s Investment Committee, responsible for providing oversight and approval of the company’s investments. Greybrook has invested in over 80 developments in the Greater Golden Horseshoe region and South Florida markets that represent in aggregate 39 million square feet of residential and commercial density with an estimated gross completion value of over $17 billion.
Peter also plays a critical role in the success of Greybrook Capital’s portfolio companies, serving on the boards of a number of Greybrook affiliated companies. He also serves on the board of Blu Genes Foundation, a charity funding the advancement of gene therapy sciences for the treatment of various genetic disorders.
