The best of the GTA’s home building and land development industry was out April 27th for the 2016 BILD Awards, including two of Greybrook Realty Partners’ Developer Partners who each took home awards recognizing their excellence in sales, marketing, design and construction. Empire Communities, developer partner for 140 Yorkville, was the recipient of the Best Sales Video award for their Avalon development in Caledonia, while Tribute Communities, developer partner for the College at Spadina, won the Best Single Detached Home Design award for their Gates of Nobleton community.
Established in 1980, the BILD Awards celebrate all phases of bringing a new community to life from land use and community planning to technical suite design to creative marketing techniques. A group of expert judges from across North America determined the winners from more than 900 submitted entries.
Congratulations to both Empire and Tribute who continually showcase their excellence in the GTA real estate market as Exceptional Partners.
