Greybrook is thrilled to be part of the upcoming Canadian Real Estate Forums’ 13th annual Land and Development Conference taking place on Wednesday, May 3rd. Offering insightful presentations on the local, national and global development market, the Land and Development Conference is a marquee industry event attended by real estate professionals from across the land development and investment industry. With some 700 participants in attendance in 2016, we anticipate this year’s conference will continue to be the industry’s foremost conference to discuss key issues and themes affecting the industry.
Greybrook Securities Inc. CEO Sasha Cucuz will be a panelist on the 11:20 am session titled “GTA Housing Market: How are builders and developers making sense of the opportunities and risks?” The panel discussion aims to answer the questions: What is the real story behind the GTA housing market? How are developers and traditional homebuilders going to approach the next 2-5 years in terms of pipeline and supply considerations? How are provincial planning policies affecting the housing market?
Then at 3:45 pm, Greybrook Realty Partners CEO, Peter Politis, is a panelist on the Executive Roundtable session titled “Strategic thinkers: an out-of-the-box look at where residential and commercial development is heading!” This roundtable will allow a panel of respected senior executives to provide their insights and perspective on development locally, nationally and internationally over the next 12-18 months. During the discussion, panelists will answer questions such as “How do you stay resilient to disruptive forces in the industry and at the same time capitalize on them?” and “How do they apply their area of expertise within a new context to take advantage of emerging opportunities and create dramatic effects industry wide?”
