Evoke Modern Towns Prepares for Final Occupancies

The construction of all homes in our Evoke Modern Towns community was completed in early Q2 2023.

The majority of homes are now occupied, and final unit closings are expected to be completed by the end of Q1 2024.

Alongside developer partner Treasure Hill, our Evoke Modern Towns development has brought 114 townhomes to the Thornhill community. The Development Team is actively reviewing each home alongside new owners as part of the after-sales service program, which also includes ongoing warranty work within the units and completion of the Performance Audit process.
