Society Biscayne Rises Above Ground

Checking in on the construction progress at Society Biscayne in Downtown Miami.

Construction at Society Biscayne, one of our three social living communities with partner PMG, has been progressing quickly with a notable amount of progress on site since our last update.  In recent months two hammer cranes have been installed and construction has moved above ground on the project, with the base of the building structure taking form. The construction team continues to work at full capacity, recently pouring concrete up to the 7^th floor.

Once completed Society Biscayne, located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, will be a soaring 49-storey social living tower comprised of 646 rental units with waterside views over downtown Miami’s Biscayne Bay and Bayfront Park. Expected to open in Fall 2021, Society Biscayne will showcase all the popular features of the Society platform including outsized modern gym and fitness studio, massive pool and entertainment deck, spacious coworking lounge and daily community event programming.
