New Riverfront Social Space Opens Next To Our Las Olas Development

Fort Lauderdale’s newest go-to destination, The Wharf Fort Lauderdale, recently opened steps from our upcoming Las Olas Social Living project.  

Earlier this month the much anticipated The Wharf Fort Lauderdale opened in the heart of the city’s Las Olas neighbourhood.  The new event and entertainment complex, located right next to our Las Olas Social Living project with PMG, is a vibrant new dining and social hub in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Situated along the riverfront, the 1.2-acre open-air, nautical themed space features a 6,000 square foot tent, unique culinary experience with an array of restaurants and food trucks, seating for over 600 guests and expansive deck area for games.  Opened from Fridays to Sundays, the new hot spot will offer future residents our Las Olas development, a place to eat, drink and hangout under the stars.

Work continues to progress quickly at our Las Olas development as the building moves closer to completion ahead of first occupancies next year.  As the exterior structure has seen tremendous movement this past year, interior work on units and common areas have begun.

Fort Lauderdale is quickly becoming South Florida’s next biggest entertainment, dining and culture destination.  With the opening of our newest neighbour its not hard to see why.
