Podium Level Topped Off at Society Biscayne

With the project’s podium now topped off, construction begins on the residential levels above.

Our social living development, Society Biscayne, at 400 Biscayne Boulevard continues to rise as construction advances since our last update.  The building’s 14-storey podium  has officially been topped off, which will house future retail and be home to the First United Methodist Church of Miami. This is the latest construction milestone to be reached at our Sieger Suarez designed project in Downtown Miami, alongside partner PMG.  Having reached the podium level, the Development Team will now focus their efforts on completing the residential tower that will sit atop the podium.

This 49-storey, 646 unit multi-family project will offer residents a variety of daily community events and programming, along with amazing amenity spaces including its own lobby restaurant and cocktail bar.    provide a growing urban renter population with an enhanced social living experience, along with co-living options that address the strong demand for attainably priced rental housing in attractive urban locations across the U.S.
