Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Marlin Spring and is overseeing the development of the Sterling Junction project.
The development site is located on Sterling Road in Toronto’s growing Junction Triangle neighbourhood. The development plan for the mixed-use community will include over 600 residential units across three mid-rise residential condominiums.
Conveniently built near three of Toronto’s major public transportation lines the new buildings will join the evolving Junction Triangle neighboured anchored by The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in the historic Tower Automotive Building.
