Earlier this week our Greybrook friends and family joined us for a live virtual event, previewing the sales launch of Ivylea, our latest townhome project in Richmond Hill with partner Marlin Spring. The online event included remarks from Peter Politis, CEO, Greybrook Realty Partners and Ben Bakst, CEO, Marlin Spring who shared a few words about our co-investment in Richmond Hill.
