Society Wynwood Begins Pre-Leasing

Slated to welcome residents in February, Society Wynwood will bring 318 chic residences and 50,210 square feet of commercial space to the heart of Miami’s famed Wynwood Arts District

Greybrook and PMG are pleased to announce that pre-leasing has commenced for the 8-storey Society Wynwood, our mixed-use project in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Located at 2431 N.W. 2nd Ave., Society Wynwood will include 318 residential units and 50,210 square feet of commercial space that will include announced tenants Bodega Taqueria, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Starbucks, Chama De Fogo, and Nacho Daddy. It will be Miami-based PMG’s first Miami project delivered to residents under the Society Living brand portfolio. First move-ins are slated to begin in February 2024.

A pre-leasing office and gallery is now open daily at 2119 NW 2nd Ave, just a few blocks from the building in Wynwood’s central corridor. The space will also host a pop-up exhibition by artist Daniel Popper, who will be featuring several works in the space during Art Week in December and installing two large permanent pieces in the property’s ground floor entryways.

“The addition of Society Wynwood to Miami’s thriving Wynwood arts district will provide impeccably designed residences, an abundance of amenities, and highly desirable ground floor retail to create a new community hub in the center of everything that has made Wynwood a world-class destination, including its premier art, entertainment, and dining operations. We look forward to welcoming residents early next year,” said Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG.

Society Wynwood will predominantly offer traditional units with efficient layouts alongside several “Rent-By-Bedroom” (co-living) options. The building’s collection of over 82,000 square feet of engaging and community-minded amenities will include a sprawling entertainment rooftop and pool deck featuring a rooftop gym and a first-class, full-service restaurant operation, a hot tub, multiple art installations, a coworking lab with private conference rooms, an expansive modern gym and fitness studio, a picnic courtyard, social lounges, a lush yoga lawn, smart package lockers, app-based keys, and more.

An internal courtyard entrance will welcome the neighborhood to several eateries catering to locals and visitors, including nationally expanding Dave’s Hot Chicken and Bodega Taqueria’s newest Miami outlet. Additional tenants include a casual Brazilian steakhouse and butcher shop by Chama de Fogo, Las Vegas-based Nacho Daddy with its first Florida location serving up gourmet nachos and other Mexican-style cuisine, and a Starbucks. Over 15,000 square feet of highly coveted ground floor retail space remains available as delivery approaches.

Society Wynwood is the latest among PMG’s growing national portfolio of Society Living apartment communities. Launched in 2019, PMG created the Society Living multifamily brand to address the insatiable demand for reasonably priced rental housing in the most desirable locations, where neighbors can connect and thrive together. Urging residents to “Choose Happiness,” Society Living focuses on creating inspiring living spaces that encourage personal growth and inclusivity. With over 8,500 units planned, additional Society Living properties are underway in Orlando, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Nashville, Denver and Brooklyn, with more to be announced.
