Ali Ikram

高級經理

Ali is a Senior Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. He has over five years of experience in real estate development and is versed in the full residential development cycle, including identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, managing the approval’s process, and arranging financing. At Greybrook he focuses on low-rise and high-rise projects within Toronto and the GTA.

Prior to joining Greybrook, Ali worked at a number of preeminent GTA developers, including Slate Asset Management, Smartcentres, and Empire Communities. Ali’s focus was largely on the acquisition, underwriting, and financing of developments. Prior to his work at these developers, Ali worked as an Urban Planner at a planning consulting firm.

Ali holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University where he specialized in Real Estate and Finance.
