Daniel Cromwell

Associate

Daniel is an Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. He is responsible for supporting the team’s underwriting and project management functions to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. Daniel supports the team in conducting pre-transaction due diligence, including market research and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Greybrook, Daniel was an Associate at Macritchie Inc., a Calgary-based private equity firm focused on self-storage investments and development. At Macritchie, Daniel was responsible for performing financial analysis and assisting in the acquisition and asset management of self-storage facilities across the U.S. Previously, Daniel worked for CIBC Capital Markets, as part of their investment banking group executing on capital raises and M&A transactions for corporate clients.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
