Time-lapse Captures Construction Activity at our Stockyards District Residences

With the ground floor slab and waterproofing complete, forming activities have commenced on site.

Construction at our Stockyard District Residences development has moved along swiftly since our last update, with waterproofing and the underground garage now complete. As work on the ground floor forming is underway, concrete columns and perimeter walls have been poured up to the 2^nd floor and the construction team is focusing its efforts on forming activities up to the 10^th floor.  As seen in this time-lapse from our developer partner Marlin Spring last month, the construction team has transformed the site in a short amount of time and we expect activity on site to remain active over the summer months.

The sales team continues to work remotely, implementing various measures necessary to enable digital appointments to be conducted with prospective purchasers. These initiatives have led to continued sales activities as the project enters the final stages of the sales program. Located steps from the Junction, this 10-storey, 240 unit, mixed-use development pairs urban living and contemporary design into one unique condominium project.
