Tower Crane at Our Max Condos Comes Down

Our downtown Toronto condo project is now standing at full height as construction continues to progress quickly on site.

Since our last update, our Max Condos development, in partnership with Tribute Communities officially topped off. Max Condos’s 37 storeys are a stunning new addition to the neighbourhood skyline in the Garden District at 81 Mutual Street in Toronto. After completing the building’s mechanical penthouse, the construction team reached the latest construction milestone by disassembling and removing the tower crane from the site.

The development’s façade showcases the two-tone window wall cladding with glazing and spandrel panels, and two matching tones of balcony glazing. As construction on the exterior moves forward the zig-zagging exterior expression as designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects is beginning to appear.
