X Las Olas Featured as Notable Development in Fort Lauderdale’s SoLo District

Fort Lauderdale’s emerging SoLO (“South of Las Olas”) District is undergoing rapid transformation, as this pocket of the downtown continues to attract interest and activity from new residents and businesses.  The Real Deal South Florida Real Estate News recently released a list of notable developments that are currently planned or being built in the downtown neighbourhood, and we’re thrilled to see the list feature our X Las Olas development.

 X Las Olas is a two-tower residential development, that will be feature our social living and co-living platform with developer partner, PMG. Located at 301 Southwest 1st Avenue, the 650-unit first phase is expected to open in early 2020.
