Our First Social Living Community – Society Las Olas – Celebrates Official Opening

After much anticipation our new social living community opens on Fort Lauderdale’s downtown Riverfront.

Society Las Olas has officially opened its doors and we are thrilled to share and celebrate this major milestone with our partner PMG. Society Las Olas is the first of our social living projects to open to new residents, with sister communities – Society Biscayne and Society Wynwood – to follow with both currently under development.

Now welcoming new residents and the public, Society Las Olas, located at 301 SW 1st Avenue is sure to become Fort Lauderdale’s hottest downtown social hub. Featuring vibrant artwork, community-oriented programming and a host of lively events focused on culture, wellness, growth, and togetherness the project’s leasing program is expected to continue to attract interest.
