Society Las Olas Leasing Officially Kicks Off with Opening of Leasing Centre

Our social living development – Society Las Olas – with partner PMG kicked off its’ much-anticipated pre-leasing program on Friday with the opening of its new leasing centre. 

To launch the official opening of our Society Las Olas Leasing Centre in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the project opened its door with an exclusive pop-up art exhibit from Miami-based artist, Haiiileen.  Dubbed “HAIII On Society”, the experiential art installation welcomed members of the press and art aficionados on Friday, before Saturday’s public opening, marked the official start of Society Las Olas’ pre-leasing program.

Visitors to the space can explore the exhibit’s futuristic experience and multimedia psychedelic arrangements that showcases a rainbow of visuals, soundsand emotions that closely align to the ethos of the Society Las Olas community.  On display until late April, the exhibit will be a great opportunity to showcase our project to some local art lovers!

With construction moving along well, Phase One of Society Las Olas is slated to open in early spring. The first of our multi-family rental developments with partner PMG, Phase One will include a 34-floor residential tower with 639 units and more than 100,000 square feet of communal amenity spaces.
