Adrianna Letros

Analyst

Adrianna is an Analyst in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. She assists the team in underwriting prospective deals as well as project management functions.  Adrianna supports the team by conducting market research and financial analysis for the projects under management, to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining Greybrook, Adrianna was an Analyst at Harlo Capital, a Real Estate Private Equity firm based out of Toronto. During her time at Harlo, Adrianna gained valuable experience underwriting a number of prospective deals of various asset classes. Previously, Adrianna gained experience through summer internships as an Analyst at CIBC Wood Gundy.

Adrianna holds a bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate, from Villanova University in Philadelphia.  Adrianna attended Villanova on a full- academic scholarship, while running Division 1 Varsity Track and Field.
