Nick Saley

Nick is a Vice President in Greybrook’s Private Capital Markets Group.  He is responsible for working closely with new and existing investors to help them achieve their individual investment objectives, diversify their investment portfolios and enhance their overall portfolio returns by gaining exposure to Greybrook’s real estate investment opportunities.

He is a highly experienced sales professional with over 16 years of experience managing and fostering great relationships based on trust with high-net-worth clients. Nick was first introduced to Greybrook as an investor and over the course of a decade built a very strong understanding of our investment offerings and the firm itself from a client perspective, which further aides him in managing his clients’ needs from his position at Greybrook now.  He has an exceptional understanding of Greybrook’s investment philosophy and investment offerings and is very passionate and enthusiastic about the company and eager to help investors thoroughly understand each new investment opportunity and to support them with exceptional client service throughout the lifecycle of their investments and relationship with Greybrook.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Marketing degree from York University and he resides in the Little Italy neighbourhood of Toronto with his wife and infant daughter and son.

He is a registered dealing representative of Greybrook Securities Inc., an exempt market dealer (registered in Ontario and certain other provinces), related to Greybrook Realty Partners.
