September was a busy month for Greybrook as we deepened our commitment to Vancouver’s investor community through two exclusive gatherings that underscored our mission to engage directly with local investors, share actionable market insights, and enhance our local presence in Vancouver.
On September 15, Greybrook hosted Perspectives & Insights: Vancouver Edition at the Blue Water Café with a select group of local investors hosted by CEO Sasha Cucuz and SVP of Private Capital Markets, Barry McCullough. The evening offered a valuable opportunity to engage directly with our investor community, exchange perspectives, and reflect on how the industry has evolved in recent years. Sasha led a thoughtful discussion on where challenges persist, where valuations are creating new buying windows, and the markets and asset classes Greybrook is targeting over the near to medium-term opportunity.
Two days later, on September 17, Nancy Wang, our VP of Private Capital Markets in the British Columbia region, hosted a lunch at Seasons in the Park restaurant, engaging with Vancouver investors interested in learning more about Greybrook and our investment opportunities. The event also gave us the chance to celebrate the opening of our new Vancouver office, marking the beginning of a greater Greybrook presence in Western Canada. The timing coincided with the Bank of Canada’s 25-basis-point rate cut, providing a timely backdrop for conversations about shifting market conditions and the opportunities they create. These gatherings represent our commitment to better serving investors in Vancouver by providing a local hub to strengthen connections, foster meaningful relationships, and deliver greater value.
These events reflect our dedication to serving Vancouver investors and laid the foundation for a more connected and engaging Greybrook presence in the region. Thank you to everyone who joined us this month—we look forward to deepening our partnerships in the months and years ahead.
