Through our affiliate company, Greyspring Apartments, we seek to meaningfully improve asset value through the implementation of value-add programs that involve light capital expenditure and operating management improvements that enhance the quality of properties for tenants and create value for investors.

Approach

1. Acquire

On behalf of our investors, we jointly acquire properties for large-scale development with our top-tier developer partners who are responsible for a project’s execution. Each opportunity we move forward with has met the strictest of underwriting parameters.

2. Execute

As active co-managers of our projects we work diligently alongside our partners from acquisition to completion to ensure that we are always in position to evaluate opportunities that could generate strong risk-adjusted returns.

3. Exit

Our investors receive their invested capital and any associated profits upon investment completion. Depending on both our initial business plan and prevailing market conditions, typical exits can include the completion of zoning of property, completion of a residential development, stabilization and subsequent sale of a commercial or multifamily asset and in certain cases, an early project exit if it is in our investor’s best interest.
