Luxury creative and branding agency Visualhouse envisioned what the Miami skyline could look like in 2030 based on how the ten-plus developments scheduled to be built will transform the waterfront. The rendering features the outdated Empire World Towers design that was originally planned for the 300 Biscayne site before PMG and Greybrook acquired that parcel of land. 300 Biscayne’s final designs have yet to be revealed but it’s easy to see how luxury developments such as SkyRise Miami, Miami World Center and the new tallest tower in Miami, 300 Biscayne, will only continue to enhance the cityscape.
Compare Visualhouse’s rendering to the historical photos below to see how the Miami waterfront has changed throughout the years.
