Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Cityzen Development Group, Fernbrook Homes with plans to oversee the development of the 45 Strachan project, high-rise condominium development.
Located in the “Ordnance Triangle” in Toronto’s Liberty Village neighbourhood adjacent to Greybrook’s Garrison Point project, the multi-tower mixed-use development was to be development into a new high-rise community comprised of over 1,700 residential units with retail components. The property was sold to Bentall Kennedy with plans to complete the sales program and development of the site.
The transaction successfully closed in 2016 and Greybrook and its investment partners successfully exited the investment.
