Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Tercot Communities and Cityzen Development Group and is overseeing the development of our Guelph project.

Located at 115 Watson Parkway North in Guelph, this 14.3-acre development site is approximately 90 kilometers west of Toronto, conveniently situated near Highway 7, Highway 6, and 401.
