Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partner Plazacorp Investments and oversaw the development of the King West Life, a multi-tower condominium.
Located at 65, 75, and 85 East Liberty Street in Toronto, Ontario, the development was one of the early residential developments in the burgeoning Liberty Village neighbourhood west of the downtown core. The property was developed into three towers over a shared podium with a total 1,195 units.
The development was successfully completed, and the condominium corporation was registered in 2013.
The occupancy phase for King West Life is now complete. 65, 75 and 85 East Liberty has now been registered with the City, and the condominium has been turned over to the association.
