Greybrook invested equity capital and is overseeing the development of a master-planned community at 10378 Highway 48 in Markham, Ontario, in partnership with Fieldgate Homes. The project spans approximately 45 net developable acres and will feature over 420 single-detached homes and townhomes.

Located just 30 km north of Toronto, Markham is the GTA’s fourth-largest city and Ontario’s seventh-largest, with significant projected growth – its population is expected to reach 619,000 by 2051 (An ~83% increase from 2021).
