Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Fieldgate Developments and is overseeing their development of the Shelburne Commercial project.
The development site is located at Highway 89 and Dufferin County Road 124 in Shelburne, adjacent to our residential Shelburne development, and is expected to be developed into over 57,700 square feet of commercial space.
