Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Marlin Spring Developments, and is overseeing the development of our Upper Junction II project.

Located at 2231 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, the development site is conveniently situated amidst an established residential and commercial community, only 200 meters away from our first development site in the neighbourhood Stockyards District Residences.
