Greybrook and our partners PMG, are pleased to announce that pre-leasing has commenced for Society Atlanta. Located at 811 Peachtree St. NE, Society Atlanta is a 31-story tower featuring 460 rental apartments, over 87,000 square feet of office space and 14,500 square feet of ground-level retail space situated in Midtown Atlanta’s bustling dining, retail, and arts districts. Prospective residents can now begin scheduling tours and submitting applications, with move-in dates available from December 1st through February.

Designed by architecture firm Cooper Carry, the project delivers approachably priced rental apartments to the highly coveted Midtown submarket, offering a blend of traditional units with efficient layouts and a handful of “Rent-by-Bedroom” (co-living) options at lower entry points. Amenities include a sky pool deck and yoga lawn, an expansive coworking hub, a massive modern gym with fitness studios, smart package lockers, app-based keys, integrated retail space, daily fitness events, and more. Society Atlanta also features two full floors of Class-A office space, each approximately 43,000 square feet, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, along with ground floor retail spaces ranging from 736 to 14,500 square feet, represented by Bridger Properties.
