Alex is the Managing Director of Greybrook Realty Partners and leads the Private Capital Markets (PCM) group. In his role, Alex oversees the strategic initiative of raising equity for all projects, including the allocation of funds and ensuring timely capital acquisition. He is instrumental in cultivating and managing partnerships and investor relationships, encompassing third-party engagement and ongoing stewardship. His responsibilities extend to managing a substantial client portfolio and contributing to the executive and investment committees.
Since joining Greybrook in 2007, Alex has progressively advanced through various roles within the organization. He has established extensive expertise in land development, private market valuations, acquisitions, and the intricate structuring of investment vehicles. His tenure has been pivotal in securing funding for the firm’s real estate ventures, with completed projects exceeding a total value of over $40 billion.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in finance from the University of Toronto.
Alex is a registered dealing representative of Greybrook Securities Inc., an exempt market dealer (registered in Ontario and certain other provinces), related to Greybrook Realty Partners.
