Athena is a Vice President in Greybrook’s Asset Management group with seven years of real estate development experience and a decade of experience in finance. She is responsible for overseeing and co-managing within Greybrook’s real estate investment portfolio. Athena works directly with all project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate projects and is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment of new development opportunities, working with executive leadership to structure and finance deals.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Athena was an Analyst at Metropia, a Toronto-based developer, where she conducted financial analysis and supported acquisitions and asset management for projects ranging from downtown high-rise communities to suburban low-rise developments. Previously, she also gained investment banking experience at NewPoint Capital Partners, advising mid-market clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and management buyouts across multiple industries.
Athena holds a Master of Finance (MFin) degree from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and a Master of Economics degree in Applied Economics and Finance from China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
