Athena is an Associate Vice President in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. She is responsible for supporting the team’s underwriting and project management functions to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. Athena supports the team in conducting pre-transaction due diligence, including market research and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Athena was an Analyst at Metropia, a Toronto-based real estate developer. During her time there, Athena was responsible for performing financial analysis and assisting in the acquisition and asset management of development projects ranging from multi-family high-rise projects in downtown Toronto to low-rise projects in the surrounding municipalities. Previously, Athena worked for NewPoint Capital Partners, a Toronto-based Investment Bank, providing merger and acquisition, recapitalization, and management buy-out advisory services for mid-market clients across a variety of industries.
Athena holds a Master of Finance (MFin) degree from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and a Master of Economics degree in Applied Economics and Energy Finance from China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
