Christopher is General Counsel for Greybrook Securities Inc. He is responsible for all of Greybrook Securities Inc.’s legal affairs and regulatory compliance. Christopher also advises Greybrook Capital’s management team concerning a broad range of legal matters, including securities offerings, investment and asset management, corporate structuring and finance, compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Greybrook Securities Inc., Christopher was an associate in the Securities Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. During his time at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, Christopher practiced securities and corporate law at the firm’s Toronto and New York offices.
Christopher received a JD and a MBA from, respectively, Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, and a BCom, with distinction, from the University of Toronto.
