Jordan is a Vice President in Greybrook’s Asset Management group with over five years of experience in real estate development and finance. He is responsible for overseeing and co-managing all active US development projects within Greybrook’s real estate investment portfolio. Jordan works directly with all project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate projects. He is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment of new development opportunities, working with executive leadership to structure and finance deals.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Jordan was a member of KPMG’s Corporate Finance group. During his time there, Jordan managed merger, acquisition, divestiture, and debt transactions for mid-market corporations. Previously, Jordan worked for PwC, providing a range of assurance and transaction advisory services for publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is both a CPA and a CFA® charterholder.
