Over the past year, our team has worked diligently to advance our active projects, while remaining focused on identifying new, top-tier investment opportunities for our investors. We invested in our 110th real estate project and welcomed over 1,600 purchases to their new homes. We focused on delivering differentiated investment opportunities, including a U.S. value-add investment in Atlanta, GA. Our portfolio is now valued at over $35 billion of total realized and projected real estate asset value and spans over 65 million square feet of density across Southern Ontario and the United States.
