We are thrilled to announce that our Artistry Condos high-rise development in Toronto’s vibrant Grange Park community has reached a significant milestone with the successful topping-off of the building. This achievement marks the completion of the structural formwork at its full 32-storey height, demonstrating the hard work and dedication of our construction and development teams.
We celebrated this milestone with our developer partner Tribute Communities at an on-site topping-off ceremony, joined by key consultants, project teams, and tradespeople. With the top-off complete, construction is focused on interior finishes, M&E finishes, exterior work, elevators, and common areas.
