Since breaking ground in September 2021, construction has progressed steadily across the site, with the building top-off expected in early 2024.
The compact nature of the downtown construction site at approximately 0.4 acres offered unique challenges to completing the underground structure and garage. Three levels of underground parking, accounting for 51 residential parking spaces, were completed as the building begins vertical construction this month with the formation of the first of 29 floors. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins have now commenced on site. As Artistry starts to take shape, we are excited to see the vision for this development come to life.
Located in the heart of Toronto’s Grange Park neighbourhood at Dundas Street West at McCaul Street, our 29-storey high-rise condominium development will add 346 units, 2,067 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space on the ground floor, and 6,878 sq. ft. of day-care space located on the second floor.
Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc., Artistry features an elegant silhouette with contemporary flourishes and eye-catching details. The building’s exterior design is inspired by the neighbourhood’s dynamic and vibrant cultural scene, which is home to some of the city’s most significant cultural institutions and landmarks, including the world-renowned Art Gallery of Ontario that overlooks our site. Artistry is also minutes from other major city hotspots, including Toronto City Hall, the University of Toronto, Queens Park, and the Eaton Centre.
With its sleek design, high-end finishes, and prime location, our Artistry development is set to become one of Toronto’s most sought-after addresses, close to another Greybrook and Tribute Communities condo project, The College at Spadina.
