Construction continues to advance steadily on-site at our 181 East development, with the building now fully enclosed. The development team is currently focused on completing the interior fit-out process.
The project has completed the selection process for finishes and upgrades with all purchasers, ensuring their future homes meet their personalized preferences and high standards. We look forward to welcoming our first occupancies by the end of the year, with final occupancies and condo registration taking place in early 2025.Situated at the corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Willowdale Avenue, our 9-storey condominium will introduce 185 units and retail, including The Beer Store, to the vibrant Willowdale neighbourhood.
