Greenhill Townhomes Prepare for First Occupancies as Construction Progresses

Construction at Greenhill, our townhome collection in Oshawa, has been steadily progressing, with the foundations of all 17 housing blocks complete and the framing of homes complete for 14 of the 17 blocks.

Window installations are underway for the most advanced three blocks in the development. Over the coming months, the construction team will begin to complete the interior finishes for the most progressed blocks, enabling first home occupancies to begin in June 2023 and continue through the end of the year.
Located at the corner of Conlin Road East and Wilson Road North, Greenhill will introduce 115 new homes to the north end of Oshawa with developer partner Stafford Homes. The new community is within a short driving distance of shops, restaurants, schools, parks, golf courses, conservation areas, and The University of Ontario Institute of Technology. The site offers easy access to major 401-series highways via Simcoe Street North and Durham Regional Road 2, and the Oshawa GO station is only a 15-minute drive.
