Since our last update, construction has progressed considerably at our Greenhill Townhome community in North Oshawa, and we continue to welcome homeowners following an initial wave of move-ins last summer.
The 115-unit freehold townhome and single detached development located at the corner of Conlin Road East and Wilson Road North in the quaint and growing Samac neighbourhood welcomed the first wave of homeowners into block 6 last June following significant construction developments. After reaching the completion of framing and exterior brick and window installation across all 17 blocks, construction efforts are now focused on advancing the interior finishes of the most progressed townhomes in blocks 1, 3, and 5, among others, with blocks 2 and 8 scheduled to commence interior finishes imminently.

Following the project’s registration last June, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully concluded 63 unit closings and expect the final closings to be completed throughout the year.
