Greybrook is pleased to share the latest updates on our Greenhill project, a 115-unit development of single detached homes and townhomes at 739, 757, and 787 Conlin Road East in Oshawa, Ontario, developed alongside partner Stafford Homes.
Since February, we have closed an additional 40 homes, bringing the total to 107 out of 115 units by the end of May 2024. The remaining eight units are scheduled to close by the end of summer 2024. All major construction work, including the building of all homes, has been completed. The remaining tasks include minor landscaping, site servicing, and ongoing warranty work for all units, which our development team is diligently focusing on as the project nears completion.
