Home Construction is Underway at Eversley Estates in King City

Following the completion of preliminary site work, home construction has commenced at Eversley Estates, our low-rise King City community developed in partnership with Treasure Hill. Comprised of 105 luxury estate-style homes, this picturesque enclave will redefine rural elegance with classically inspired residences nestled in one of the town’s most sought-after communities.

After completing the project’s internal servicing program, home construction began across a portion of the lots on site, marking a key milestone in the development process. A handful of homes have erected structural frameworks, along with a first-wave which have been framed and roofed, and the more progressed units showcasing beautiful brick exteriors.

Situated within the natural beauty of the Oak Ridges Moraine, the charming town of King City offers a serene and secluded quality of life with an abundance of lakes, parks, nature reserves, and recreational opportunities. As the largest community in King Township, King City boasts seamless access to countless amenities such as world-class golf courses and country clubs, the King City Lions Arena, and the King Heritage and Culture Centre – an arts and culture hub. Residents of Eversley Estates have convenient access to various shops and establishments providing everyday essentials just moments away. They can explore the quaint shopping corridor along Keele Street or visit the King’s Ridge Marketplace plaza, which includes grocery and health stores, banks, and restaurants. Additionally, the charming nearby downtown area offers boutique shops, unique eateries, and cozy cafés.

Despite being 40 minutes north of downtown Toronto, the well-connected town offers excellent highway access and quick transit to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) via Highway 400 and GO Transit. GO Transit provides weekday bus service through King and is slated to add all-day rail service from the King City GO Station, with seamless connections to Toronto and Barrie. With its proximity to Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham, the King Township has access to over 6 million consumers and 200,000 businesses, making it a strategic economic hub of opportunity1.

Stay tuned for more project updates on Eversley Estates and similar developments.
