Following the completion of preliminary site work, home construction has commenced at Eversley Estates, our low-rise King City community developed in partnership with Treasure Hill. Comprised of 105 luxury estate-style homes, this picturesque enclave will redefine rural elegance with classically inspired residences nestled in one of the town’s most sought-after communities.
After completing the project’s internal servicing program, home construction began across a portion of the lots on site, marking a key milestone in the development process. A handful of homes have erected structural frameworks, along with a first-wave which have been framed and roofed, and the more progressed units showcasing beautiful brick exteriors.
Situated within the natural beauty of the Oak Ridges Moraine, the charming town of King City offers a serene and secluded quality of life with an abundance of lakes, parks, nature reserves, and recreational opportunities.
