Residential Towers Architect – the award-winning firm, Hariri Pontarini Architects (www.hariripontarini.com), was selected to design the residential towers to be located at 30 Ordnance Street.  Established in 1994, Hariri Pontarini Architects is a leading Canadian full-service architectural practice known for creating modern landmarks, such as the award-winning Bahá’í Temple for South America, the acclaimed McKinsey & Company headquarters in Toronto, and the Governor General’s Medal-winning Schulich School of Business. Founded by Siamak Hariri and David Pontarini, the firm has delivered a broad range of institutional, commercial and residential projects, libraries, schools and academic buildings.

Landscape Architects – Claude Cormier and Associates (www.claudecormier.com) was selected to design the landscape architecture for 30 Ordnance. Claude and his team will be responsible for integrating the future parklands adjacent to the site with the architectural characteristics of the project.  It is currently anticipated that an outdoor pool will be located at the top of the residential podium of the two towers.

Over the past decade, Claude Cormier + Associates has produced an iconic body of work that has been recognized nationally and internationally. Claude was selected as an Emerging Voice for North America by the Architectural League of New York, and his firm’s projects have garnered honors from organizations that include the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, the Montréal Institute of Design, Heritage Montréal, and the Québec Association of Landscape Architects.  Claude recently worked on the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Yorkville, the Sony Center for the Performing Arts in Toronto and Sugar Beach, located on Toronto’s waterfront.

Interior Designers – Munge Leung (www.mungeleung.com) was selected to design the interior of the building, including the lobby and model suites.  Munge Leung was established in 1997 by partners, Alessandro Munge and Sai Leung, with the desire to build a boutique studio that offers dynamic and inspiring design solutions for a variety of specialty areas.

The firm has worked on recognizable residential projects throughout Toronto, such as The Ritz Carlton Residences located on Wellington, Pier 27, located at the foot of Yonge on Queens Quay, and Lumiere Condominiums, located at College and Bay.
