In the 2015 Toronto Life Where to Buy Now magazine, writer Caroline Aksich reports on the Best New Condos, a by-the-numbers breakdown of Toronto’s most dazzling new towers. Garrison Point, a Greybrook Realty equity backed development in the Toronto neighbourhood of Liberty Village, is ranked second in the list of seven. The project is being developed by Greybrook partners’ Fernbrook and Cityzen Development Group who are known for iconic structures like the L Tower, voted Best Toronto Building of 2014. Garrison Point was designed by world-renowned architects Hariri Pontarini, famous for projects such as One Bloor East, the Bahá’í Temple in South America, and the U of T Jackman Faculty of Law.
