Construction of The College at Spadina development continues on schedule. Framing has begun on the ninth floor, and external walls are starting to take shape with plans to have the roof up later this year.
The brick work for the external façade is currently being laid for the first two stories of retail space, to be occupied by Independent City Market grocery. Residential amenities including a fully-equipped fitness centre, party room, theatre, and billiards room will be located on the third floor.
