With reason to be marketed as “the new center of Miami”, Miami Worldcenter is a ten-block mixed-use development spanning nearly 30 acres, and one of the largest private master-planned projects in the United States.
Ideally located between South Beach and the Central Business District, and directly across from the American Airlines Arena, the completed development will feature 1,500 luxury residential units, 1,800 hotel suites, and 600,000 sq. ft. of convention space. At the heart of it all will be the much-anticipated Mall at Miami Worldcenter, 765,000 sq. ft. of best-in-class retail, signature restaurants, and exciting entertainment venues.
