Riverside in Pine Grove is coming along nicely as sales and construction continue to move forward at a steady pace. On-site demolition of all existing buildings has been completed on both the North and South parcels.
Remediation work for the Humber River, which runs adjacent to the development site, is currently underway and expected to complete in the coming weeks. Shoring will begin shortly thereafter.
