Excitement surrounding the tallest tower in Miami has been building for some time, even before Greybrook’s involvement with the 300 Biscayne project broke on The Real Deal Florida on December 15th. Miami based media outlets were abuzz with the news of Greybrook’s involvement in the project, with features appearing on Haute Living as well as The Next Miami.
The South Florida Business Journal showcased PMG and Greybrook’s partnership on the 300 Biscayne development, including quotes from PMG CEO Kevin Maloney and Greybrook Securities CEO Sasha Cucuz. “We are pleased that Greybrook will be our partner in developing the next iconic residential development in the heart of Downtown Miami,” stated Maloney. “The partnership marks a great milestone for the two companies to potentially work together on future endeavors.”
Miami was a natural choice for Greybrook to invest in, according to Cucuz. “Miami is becoming a new global gateway market with the downtown Miami core at the epicenter of a city that has a growing financial sector and is the destination of choice for commerce and entertainment.”
