The firm has broad experience in boutique branding, experiential marketing, communication and strategy. Portland Stewart’s past clients include Freed Developments, PSR Brokerage, First Capital Realty and LCBO.
It is also our pleasure to reveal that experienced design firm U31, led by creative principal Kelly Cray, has been engaged to manage the interior design process for both developments. The firm has extensive experience on diverse commercial, residential and hospitality design for global clients. U31 has led the design of a number of large scale development projects, notably within the Greater Toronto Area – One Old Mill (Tridel), Berczy Condo (Concert Properties) and Blythwood at Huntington (Tridel and Concert Properties).
