Now that demolition is complete, the 300 Biscayne site is prepped and ready for construction of a spectacular and technologically advanced 20,000 square foot sales “experience” centre that will undoubtedly be a strong testament to the luxury and overall caliber of our building.
Greybrook has been working with a team of external consultants and designers to incorporate several new and never-before-seen visual and tactile features that are specifically designed to distinguish 300 Biscayne from any other luxury development of its kind. The experience centre will also include an on-site “pop-up” restaurant serving the culinary delights of a famed New York City-based chef and restauranteur to draw customers and enhance their experience.
