The College has reached a major milestone this month with first occupancies commencing on schedule and new residents moving into their finished units. Occupancies will continue over the few months as finishes continue to progress on higher floors.
Additionally, we are pleased to report that the building’s amenities have been completed in time for new residents to enjoy right away. Residents currently have access to the finished lobby, party room, theater room, billiard room, along with the expansive outdoor terrace to enjoy the great view of the downtown core. Finishing touches have also been completed on the fully equipped fitness centre.
